  After too many false dawns the training has finally started to get into a routine. 

  It started on Saturday 25 June with Armed Forces Day.  As part of the festivities and as a fund raising opportunity John and I put in five hours and seventy five miles on a bike in the Watson Hall in Tewkesbury.  [...]
