We need to attract more members to the site, so maybe an e-mail sent out to all current members advertising Legionlive so as it can be forwarded onto their friends & Family?

For the last few years myself & fellow instructors from Gloucestershire Army Cadet Force have raised money for the RBL, and have also assisted local branches with funding….however this year we will be raising funds for Help For Heroes/The Rifles Welfare Fund & Veterans Aid. I would love to see more fields for personal information.
At the moment there is just name.

What about the following:
Location - It seems obvious to want to know if someone lives near you.
Occupation - Great for finding potential resources to help out.
”A bit about yourself” - It is hard to create a community if all you know about the person is their real name.

Just thinking of what I have used on other sites – AN INVITE BUTTON – where as you can send friends invites to the site or profile/group links etc?

Maybe to attract younger members, there needs to be something on site that will attract the 20+ potential members…One good thing is the link to Facebook & Twitter….also a links page (which I have e-mailed you about & got a very quick reply !!!) which will bring in members from other sites …all in all a very good idea and look forward to the completed product
